Scientific Collection "Current Issues of the Humanities" was founded in 2012 by the Drohobych State Pedagogical University named after Ivan Franko.

Based on the Order of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No 6143 dated 28.12.2019 (annex 4), the journal is included in the List of professional editions of Ukraine (category "B") in the area of pedagogical sciences (011 - Educational, pedagogical sciences, 012 - Preschool education, 013 - Primary education, 014 - Secondary education (by subject specializations), 015 - Professional education (by specializations), 016 - Special education).

Based on the Order of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No 409 dated 17.03.2020 (annex 1), the journal is included in the List of professional editions of Ukraine (category "B") in the area of of Philological Sciences (035 - Philology) and in the field of culture and art (022 - Design, 023 - Fine arts, decorative arts, restoration, 024 - Choreography, 025 - Musical art, 026 - Performing arts, 027 - Museum studies, monument studies, 028 - Management of socio-cultural activities).

Based on the Order of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No 1290 dated 30.11.2021 (annex 3), the journal is included in the List of professional editions of Ukraine (category "B") in the area of of Historical Sciences (032 - History and Archeology).
